Roadtrip 2022 Fall: Richland - Boise - Ely - Kanab - Sedona - Joshua Tree - Paso Robles - Calistoga - Brookings - Cannon Beach

Day 17 - Baldwin -> Templeton -> Verde Valley School Road Loop

The Black Helicopters have been very active today, snooping Oak Creek. We are fixin' to visit the Oak Creek Triangle, rumoured to be an Alien Landing Site. They will be watching us.

They come out in force during our afternoon hike - don't think they saw us.

Late afternoon light illuminates the yuccas.

Everybody loves Ellie.

A huge Vortex Hole - probably something the Black Helicopters don't want us to see.

Dang! Right Overhead! We might be busted.

The Team contemplates hiding in the Deep Black Hole of the Forest.

The landscape changes down in the riparian zone.

Leaves jumble in a red rock corner.

We've all heard about hanging chads - how about hanging leaves? These ones are suspended on spider webs.

The fallen ones create a rhythmical pattern and a silvery texture.

Must be the Oregon Ducks nearby.

Cathedral - last light and moonrise.

Renewed topographics - the parking nazis are everywhere.

...... and they are dead serious.

The Renewed Topographics: Sedona #5.

Finally, a true Sedona Sunset.

The alpenglow in our neighborhood.
